our experience with John and his team was top notch, 5 stars.
Turnkey finished our basement and garage in 2.5 weeks, at
a very competitive price. On Day 1, John's team provided a
work schedule, from start to finish, and communicated progress
daily. Although no one likes their home invaded by workers
and strangers, the entire crew was very friendly and respectable.
Workmanship was excellent, always done to perfection and my
satisfaction. Keep up the great work Turnkey! Your extra efforts
will help your business flourish.

In a word - Fantastic! Having had
a neighbor drive their car through our garage wall, we set
out to meet with four contractors to satisfy the insurance
company's requirement of obtaining two quotes. We also had
a structural engineer visit the site as a precautionary measure.
We're indebted to Turnkey (John & crew) for arriving at
our home on a Sunday morning to repair what the structural
engineer deemed an emergency just night before. We're expecting
to use Turnkey to complete the job, barring any nonsense from
the insurance carrier. It's very comforting to know Turnkey
is in the neighborhood. They are, most certainly, a company
one can trust and depend on.

Turnkey Construction did a very good job
and did exactly as I contracted. Pricing was right on the
original quote. Communications/timing of the job was hairy
at times as I believe he's over extended himself tyring to
surive in this world. His workers were on time daily and were
flexible with my schedule with respect to work hours. I would
recommend Turnkey to anyone.

remodel that John and his team did for us. They were on time
and worked long hours to complete the job on time. We interviewed
ten different contractors before hiring Turnkey. We felt they
were the most qualified to complete the job as well as providing
the highest quality workmanship. They took care of all aspects

I am thoroughly pleased and pleasantly
surprised by my experience over the past several weeks with
Turnkey Contracting. I have been a bit jaded about contractors
in general due to several mediocre and poor expereinces in
the past. I speak with experience! Over the course of the
past five years, I have used no less than five different contractors
for five seperate projects on around my home. Turnkey is the
best to date! I can not speak highly enough about the quality
of work, the attitude of the team assigned to my house, their
dedication and efforts to make deadlines I imposed on them,
and their overall craftmanship and willingness to do the "extras"
no one else thinks of. These guys treat your house project
like they're working on their own house! Many times, they
went the extra mile and added the extra touches that other
companies would never consider. I left my house open to them
everyday without a worry about anything going missing or being
out of place. Moreover, my price did not change for all of
these little extras! I did, however, increase the size of
the project based on great ideas and suggestions from their
team. By the way, Turnkey also came in at nearly half the
estimated cost of many other estimates presented to me! And
they stuck to their quote... anything over their quoted ammount
was for additional work that I asked them to complete. Again,
I can not speak highly enough of this wonderful company! I
just signed on to another project with them to complete my
soffits and facia... after the job they did on my basement
remodel, I wouldn't use anyone else from here on out! I'll
be a customer for life and will promote them to any of my
friends and family memebers that are looking for contractors.
I'm a happy guy! If anyone else is considering this company,
ask the owner for my contact info... I'd be more than happy
